Job Responsibilities

Work operationally in the kitchen during service in the hot kitchen

Prepare ingredients and contribute to a well-organized mise en place

Ensure that the food maintains high quality and meets the kitchen's standards

Work closely with the head chef in daily operations

Contribute to good order, structure, and hygiene in the kitchen

Collaborate with service staff to create a great experience for guests

We are looking for someone who

Has experience working in a hot kitchen

Has several years of experience as a chef

Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen

Is structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented

Has a sense for classic pub food and quality

Enjoys working in a team

At the corner of Tulegatan and Rehnsgatan in central Stockholm, we are a genuinely good English pub. The bar features 28 different beers on tap and even more bottled beers. Of course, there is also a solid selection of single malt whisky from around the world. The kitchen is ambitious without fuss and serves well-prepared pub food mixed with classics and seasonal ingredients.
